FIREWORKS FLY AT THE SUMMER GRAND PRIX
Rev your engines for a speedy Grand Prix Car Race as the backyard critters travel a treacherous race course with surprises and obstacles around every hair pin turn. It’s the Tournament of Roses meets the Monaco Grand Prix. Things get pretty bumpy as someone sabotages the racers on the course and time is running out to get to the checkered flag finish in time. A wise cracking firecracker throwing blue tailed skink stirs up a lot of trouble for the backyard crew. Make it past Gnarly Nomad Gulch, The Valley of Pokey Cactus and Green Slime Eyeball Swamp with our racers if you dare. The critters design their race cars with a nature theme and some unique engine power systems. Look out for fireworks as the racers learn a lesson in kindness and never judging someone unfairly.
UNDER THE BRIGHT LIGHTS OF BUGWAY
The backyard garden appears to be sound asleep under a thick blanket of snow but yards under the yard lies a vibrant, brilliant, bustling underground city. Join Sneaky the Squirrel as he travels on the magical Subterranean Subway System far underground where ants, termites and millipedes run the city and a genius inventor named Saxby saves the day with his gigantic robot, The Mulch Muncher Ten Thousand. As millipedes rehearse for their end of winter song and dance show on Bugway, their version of Broadway, an unexpected turn in the weather brings waves of mud and chaos. You’ll be dancing in the aisles with the millipede chorus line and cast of crazy performers as their inventor pal gains confidence and learns to believe in himself.
Icicle Carnival
An ice skating duck, Zamboni driving squirrel, snow inner tube riding bunny, raccoons zooming down a zip line into snow piles and an icicle orchestra are just some of the sights and sounds of the annual backyard Icicle Carnival. But fun and chilly games come to a quick frozen stop when the food the gang gathered and stored for the winter mysteriously disappears. During a blizzard chase and rescue scene on a frozen river our backyard crew learns lessons about kindness, forgiveness, helping each other out and what it means to be part of a larger community.
Fall Fashion Show
On the eve of the annual backyard Fall Fashion Show change is in the air. It’s one of the biggest events of the year for the backyard crew and all the plants and animals are runway ready except for a small leaf named Crimson who has a bad case of stage fright. With the help of her friends she learns about growing up and that everyone has an inner beauty as she prepares to take the biggest leap of her life.
Dandy the Dandelion
When some not so nice raccoons call a little dandelion a weed he sets out on a journey with his squirrel friend to find a job where he can be valued. During the journey to wetlands, mountains, the desert and more the two meet a variety of native plants and critters along the way. Using real nature facts, the story includes themes of friendship, community, survival and finding ones place in the world.
